I asked ILR 2 years ago and I still have no choice? I went from MPs and solicetor and still nothing has changed. Can someone me an example of the high card, I can write, and could help?

I agree with previous posters. No kind of writing that make any difference, but will only add to your file, you will have the chance to get an answer. Your MP is in the best position to keep pressure on them. Judicial review should be discussed with your attorney, or if you could test to another lawyer, but depends on factors specific to your case that the Interior Ministry could claim justification for the delay - I do not think JR is not really for the delay be used, is completely irrational. There is also a costly procedure, but superior to, a lawyer, if you do not have good prospects of success.

A form letter is almost surely lead to nothing much, I fear.
2 years a long wait. Do you already have 4 years toleration? In most cases I have come very late after a period of 4 years ELR.
The only way forward is how radically the judicial review. Usually works, but in my experience.
