I use the Epson C45 for the past 2 years. Everything was going well until I went on vacation for 1 month. Now when I go back and try something works on the printer will not print. The green and red of the printer is brilliant. I tried to clean the print head and also tried to replace the cartridge, but it shows massage "may not" be the head Prine "I have also tried to move this to the SSC Service Utility, but nothing has worked for me.
