Hello, I recently received a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension. I followed with my cardiologist. So far I did not know whether primary or secondary pulmonary hypertension. Tomorrow I will write a test for transesophageal echocardiography, to see when a clot or a hole in my heart, that is the cause of PH. My question is, except a hole in the heart or a blood clot somewhere somebody from another case that might as primary pulmonary hypertension, which could be ruled to be viewed / can, before the diagnosis of treatment made than with a high pH value? ? I know I can learn more about this in my appointment. tomorrow, but I am very nervous and curious) to (not on the procedure, but the result. I also wanted to know in advance so that I can doc questions before I make a sedative for the procedure.
